Mudease Machine offers in house cylinder boring and honing service for most ATV and Motorcycle engines. We bore your cylinders on one of our precision boring bars, then hone to a .0005" tolerance for an exact and perfect fit for your new piston. We are an Authorized Wiseco Product Dealer, as well as, a dealer for many other piston brands, such as Namura, Shindy and Winderosa; so whether you have a top fuel drag bike or just a normal ATV, we can get the right parts at the right price, perform the machine work, and get it back to you in an industry changing turn around time. Our fully equipped Machine shop and our full time machinist will provide you with the highest quality engine rebuilding services in Texas.
We provide a wide variety of modification services on ATVs. From custom engine work to one off custom lifts, racks and everything in between on Polaris, Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki. We are an authorized dealer for Yoshmura, High Lifter, EPI, Quad Boss, ITP and many more. We will install snorkels, lifts, winches, wheels and tires. Come on in to see what we can do for you!
Our services on small engines includes Diagnostics, Carburetor repair or replacement, Tune ups, Routine maintenance, Drivetrain repair, Internal engine repair, Electrical repair and Hydraulic repair all on location at 1106 E. Hwy. 6 Suite A Alvin Texas. We have been serving Alvin since 2011 and we believe that repairs should be done right the first time. Other shops in the area like to install used parts and try to rig things to get them working temporarily, they may cost less on the first trip there, I ask how many times do you want to go back there for the same repair. In the long run it is better to fix it right ONCE!!!! We are the only shop in town that offers a full (90 day guarantee) on all small engine work preformed that is how we know we are the only ones doing it right. We service ALL major brands; however we no longer accept Chinese knock off or clone machines due to their lack of quality parts and poor craftmanship.
